All products sold by Black Moon Atelier 11 are handcrafted. Because each item is individually made, slight variations in colour, texture, dimensions, finishes, or other details may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not constitute defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen or device settings.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products without prior notice.
Custom Work
Products created according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are considered Custom Work.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Custom Work orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except where the product is faulty or not in conformity with the order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (€).
Where required by law, applicable taxes are included in the displayed price. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated separately during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout before an order can be processed.
Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Production, Shipping and Delivery
Production times vary because each item is handcrafted.
Estimated shipping times are provided for information only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details.
Returns, Refunds and Repairs
