We believe our products are made to last. That’s why every handmade item we create is covered by our Lifetime Repair Guarantee.

Whether a clasp breaks, a seam comes undone, a fabric tears, hardware becomes damaged, or your item is accidentally damaged through everyday use, we will repair it free of charge whenever the repair is technically possible.

Simply contact us at blackmoonatelier11@gmail.com with your proof of purchase, a description of the damage, and a few clear photos of the item. We will assess the repair and provide you with shipping instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the repair, including the cost of sending the item to us and the return shipment.

If an item is damaged beyond repair, we will let you know after inspection and discuss the most appropriate solution with you.

This Lifetime Repair Guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee offered by Black Moon Atelier and is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

For the purposes of this guarantee, « Lifetime » refers to the operational lifetime of Black Moon Atelier as a business. This voluntary guarantee remains valid for as long as Black Moon Atelier continues to operate. Should the business permanently cease trading, enter liquidation, or otherwise discontinue its activities, this Lifetime Repair Guarantee will automatically terminate.
